Originally performed by the VTC in 1974, we revisit this Neil Simon classic dramady to celebrate the kickoff of our 50th season! The Story revolves around the escalating problems of a middle-aged couple living on Second Avenue in New York City. In addition to losing his job of 22 years, Mel Edison is also dealing with (or not dealing with, as the case may be) an economic recession, an intense summer heat wave, a garbage strike, difficult neighbors and a burglary … it gets wild! Classic Simon!
