“The Christmas Foundling” was scripted specifically for Sierra Repertory Theatre by Normal Allen. The Script, described by Playscripts as “a heartwarming holiday tale, with the love of a child at its center and an unlikely romance as its driving force”, and inspired by the stories of Bret Harte, follows two miners who raise an orphaned baby boy left on their doorstep in the California Sierras on Christmas Eve in 1850.
